It was a fantastic occassion and one which the boys will remember for a long time. Each team was greeted on to the field by a fanfare announcement.

The festival included a tour of the stadium, and an opportunity to have individual photographs taken with the 6 Nations trophy.

The Lisburn boys acquitted themselves very well in all games, winning two, drawing one, and narrowly losing a fourth.

Lisburn RFC mini section is one of the strongest in the province with over 200 players particpating each weekend of the season.

The section caters for all ages from P2-P7 and has a toddlers section (the Cygnets) for Nursery and P1 children. Training for the 2015/2016 season will commence in September.
