Garvey settle for two points in close game

Lisnagarvey had to settle for two points when losing by seven shots at home to Divis in NIBA Division 1, but it was only at the closing ends that Divis edged ahead.

A four and two threes helped Noel Graham to a 14-6 lead at the tenth and 18-10 at 15 ends but Garvey dropped a five before coming back to win by five shots.

Ahead 9-8 at the tenth but 11-12 down five ends later Ivan Craig was one of the last two rinks on and lost by eight shots.

Down 6-10 at the tenth but level 13-13 at 15 ends Philip Cromie was last off and added another shot to his tally at the last end to win by two shots.

A four at the tenth brought Neil Mulholland level at 11-11.

Garvey were 14-13 up at 15 ends, however, they dropped a five at the last end to lose by six shots.
