Train with the Whites’ Academy

Lisburn Distillery FC Academy are holding open training sessions for their Under 11s, Under 13s and Under 15s teams.

It’s a chance for players and parents interested in joining the ‘Wee Whites’ to come down and meet the coaching staff and take part in training with a view to being offered a place at the Academy for the 2014/15 season.

Sessions will take place at Laurelhill Playing Fields, Lisburn (beside Laurelhill Community College) and also at Belvoir BB Playing Fields (Newtownbreda, Belfast).

Sessions will take place as follows:

Under 11s (players born in 2004) and Under 13s (players born in 2002) -

Wednesday June 25 at 7.00pm to 8.30pm at Laurelhill.

Saturday June 28 10.30am to 12 noon at Laurelhill.

Wednesday July 2 7.00pm to 8.30pm at Belvoir BB.

Under 15s (players born in 2000)

Monday June 23 and Wednesday June 25 at 7.00pm to 8.30pm at Laurelhill.

Monday June 30 and Wednesday July 2 at 7.00pm to 8.30pm at Belvoir BB.

Moira FC’s Football Fun Day is on tomorrow (Saturday) at St John’s Parish Centre from 10am to 12 noon.

There will be indoor small-sided games, street soccer, target practice and more all free for children aged 6-13.
