Normal service for Whites

After a hiccup last week, normal service was resumed for the Lisburn Distillery U-16’s as goals from Conor Boardman, Jason Tumilson and Brian Trohear saw them run out 3-2 winners over Greenisland,

Only four points separate the top five teams in the U-13’s section and Arty Storey’s Wee Whites are a point off leaders Loughgall after a 5-0 win over Moira, Jamie Hamilton, Jake Corbett, James Kennedy and Luke Storey the names on the score sheet.

The U-14’s had a 5-0 win over Greenisland and the U-15’s beat Bangor Rangers by the same score line in the NIBFA cup. McCullough, Maginnes and Bradley were on target in a 3-0 victory for the youth team over Carrick.

There is no stopping the U-17’s, their latest victims were Portadown who were beaten 3-0 thanks to a brace from Scott Hunter and an own goal.

The U-10 teams had friendly games with Aquinas, the Whites dropped below their recent high standards but Ben Gilliland, James Clyde and goalkeeper still had good games.

The other team in the age group had been out of form for the last few weeks but showed signs of getting back to their best in a promising performance were Conall Cunningham got a goal while Jake Donaghy and Noah Kelly were very unlucky not to score with powerful headers.
