Even he couldn’t shut-out Bangor in the Whites’ final game of the season as the Seasiders claimed a convincing 3-0 win at New Grosvenor last Saturday afternoon.

Former Distillery winger Jordan Forsythe netted their third goal in what has been a starring season.

This week’s play-off matches against Premiership strugglers Warrenpoint were to be Forsythe’s final matches for Bangor as he has secured a transfer to newly crowned Premiership Champions Crusaders.

Also on target were Dean Youle and Andy Hall.

The defeat means Distillery finished in 10th spot in the Championship One .

It was after Saturday’s outing that the club handed out their end of season awards with Marty Jones and Darren Nixon picking up the other two top accolades.
