The two boys battled it out until the last round which Gary won which means they share first place.

At Co Down Junior Quad Club Gary dominated all season but unfortunately had two breakdowns and was just piped at the post on the last round but finished in a very well deserved second.

Gary only started racing two and a half years ago is moving up to the 110 open class next year which he hopes to have another successful year.

Dean, age 9, a pupil from Meadow Bridge Primary School also competed in the same two championships. Dean just moved up to the 80's at the beginning of the season being one of the youngest in the class he has thoroughly enjoyed it and shown great potential. Dean finished in the top ten in both championships which was a great achievement.

Both boys thank their sponsors Lloyd Acoustics, Datum Monitoring and McCormicks Garage, Newownards.
