The Lisburn City Old Vehicle Club will once again be taking part in this year’s Mayor’s Carnival parade.
Due to the amalgamation of Lisburn City and Castlereagh Councils, the parade has been brought forward from its usual May date to March 21.
The local club will be heading up the parade and they have sent an appeal out to members asking them to join them on the road.
A spokesperson for the club said: “We want to put on a Show that our Club can be justly proud of.
“We really do need every possible car out for the final Mayor’s Parade.
“Visitors in their classic cars will be made very welcome.”
