Road closures planned as police investigate fatal collision

The police have advised that several roads will be closed for a time this evening (March 31) while they investigate a fatal road collision from last year.

A stretch of road between Halftown Road and Cross Lane will close from 7pm to 8pm.

The area between Gravehill Road and Church Lane will close from 8pm until 9:30pm

The Moira Road will close from 10pm until midnight.

According to a spokesperson for the PSNI: “The closures are necessary to facilitate enquiries by officers investigating a fatal road collision on Moira Road in Lisburn on October 18, 2020.”
