Stopping smoking is the single most beneficial thing anyone could do to improve their health. Most smokers want to quit and the benefits begin as soon as you put out your last cigarette.

The benefits of stopping are almost immediate at any age. The great news is you do not need to go it alone. Finding the right support significantly improves your chances of stopping for good and there are lots of options available.

Philip Dean, Chairman Resurgam Community Trust has said “Stopping smoking can be tough but the benefits are well worth the effort. Resurgam are delighted to be able to explore young people’s views about smoking, to promote the wide range of help that is available and to bring it to our communities. We really encourage all smokers to get involved and to take this opportunity to find the help that will work best for them.”
