‘One Week in June’ is the highlight of a wide variety of Ulster Bank initiatives which underline the organisation’s commitment to communities and ongoing support for the wider not for profit sector.

Seamus said: “I set out on June 18 at 5.30am from my house in Castledawson and arrived into work in the branch in Crumlin between just before 10.00am. The distance was a total of 25 miles but the funds that I had raised helped me to keep focus on the finish line!

“So far I’ve raised £2,500 for Ulster Bank’s charity partners, including the Northern Ireland Hospice. Everyone has been really supportive and generous, from the staff at the local branch to the local customers who have supported me.”

‘One Week in June’ supports six charity partners in Northern Ireland. Ulster Bank customers can also support the initiative by donating at any Ulster Bank ATM and online through Ulster Bank’s Anytime Banking service.
