This year was particularly poignant as it marked the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War.

There was musical entertainment from Garvey Silver Band, Parkview Special School choir, singer Vickey Heasley, the pipes and drums of the Second Battalion of the Royal Irish Regiment, and the NI Military Wives Choir. The Naomi Orr School of Dance was also welcomed back again this year.

The second half of the evening saw the Act of Remembrance led by branch padre Rev Nicholas Dark. The special guests on the evening included Mayor Councillor Uel Mackin, MP Sir Jeffrey Donaldson, Lord Lieutenant for County Antrim Joan Christie CVO OBE and 101 year old WW2 veteran Harry Staniland.
