One way to ease stress

Could these car parks nor revert to the old system, which seemed to work very well, and have someone to collect parking fees at the exits according to time spent?

For example, it is very difficult to estimate how long one will have to spend in the Health Centre, or on other business, and to be on the safe side, many users spend too much in the way of parking fees.

Also, many users are stressed if they know that they are running out of time.

Surely such a system would mean that fewer traffic wardens would be required to check cars and would therefore be cost effective.

Would such a scheme not be of some help?
