Lots of laughs at Killultagh auction
KILLULTAGH: President Mildred Devlin welcomed members and local auctioneer Rodney Clarke to the April WI meeting.
Rodney entertained everyone with jokes as he cajoled them to bid for the items on sale. The money raised will go to Cancer Research and Pennies for Friendship.
Betty Belshaw was the birthday girl and the competition winners were Betty Shirlow, Sheila Maguire and Elizabeth Halliday.
A delicious supper, served in the new kitchen, was provided by Heather Adair, Mildred Devlin, Elizabeth Halliday and Margaret Reid.
