Local camera clubs get in the frame

LOCAL camera clubs got in the frame as the Northern Ireland Photographic Association (NIPA) annual exhibition opened to the public and the final rounds of this years inter-club competition took place.

The season to date has been a great success and has resulted in a show down for the top places. This week 29 photographers of all levels took a chance to show and compete with their Colour, Monochrome and Projected Digitial images.

At the NIPA exhibition which runs until Monday April 8, at the Waterfront Hall top photographers from all over Northern Ireland got the chance to show off their large scale images. This years selection was made by Peter Cheetham, President of the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB) from nearly 300 images submitted and is one of the highlights of the year.
