Little Scamps triumph at childcare awards

Little Scamps, which is based at Rushmore Park, won the award for ‘Best Work in the Community’ and was highly commended for its playgroup work at the ‘Families First NI ‘Greater Belfast and Beyond’ Awards.

The Scamps were presented with their award by UTV Presenters Pamela Ballantine and Julian Simmons at a red carpet event at Belfast’s Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Little Scamps Owner & Manager Jenny Smyth said: “We are delighted that our work has been recognised by Family First NI and the children where over the moon when we showed them the awards. I would like to thank all the staff Gemma Devlin, Michelle Wood, Lynn Phillips, Faith McNeice and Lorraine Strong who are so dedicated to their jobs and committed to their role within the organisation. We also wish to thank all the parents and children for their support and encouragement which really makes our jobs worthwhile.”
