Lisburn Fire Cadet Scheme

Due to the success of the scheme in the area the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service are now recruiting for this year’s scheme.

You can learn about firefighting skills, ladders, pumps, hoses first aid and specialist equipment. It is open to male and female pupils between the ages of 14 and 15 on September 1, 2013.

Two open nights are held for an insight into the Cadet Scheme and what it involves. If you are interested in becoming a Cadet Firefighter you are asked to attend the event accompanied with an adult on Tuesday, June 4, from 7pm to 9pm or from Tuesday, June 11, from 7pm to 9pm.
