Lisburn company fined by court
A Lisburn Commercial Goods Vehicle Operator was fined a total of £1,900 at Lisburn Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (June 17).
The charges related to an Intelligence Led Investigation by the Driver & Vehicle Agency (DVA) into tachograph and drivers hours irregularities by PRM Haulage Ltd, Rathdown Road, Lissue Industrial Estate, Moira Road Lisburn.
PRM Haulage Ltd was fined a total of £1,600 on eight charges relating to drivers who failed to take a daily rest and a further £300 in respect of three charges of having caused or permitted a failure to record data.
