B4B Telecoms, a Belfast-based unified communications company, has acquired Lisburn-based telecoms company Quadrant Power Comm for an undisclosed sum.

Quadrant is one of Northern Ireland’s niche telecoms companies offering system sales and maintenance to the SME and Public Sector markets.

Speaking on the recent developments, B4B Telecoms Managing Director Dominic Kearns said: “In line with our growth aspirations, the acquisition of Quadrant allows us to add an experienced company and team with a proven track record of operational excellence and skill, to our offering.
