Lawnmower taken during burglary
Police have appealed for information after a ride-on lawn mower and other garden power tools were taken during a burglary.
It was reported that the garage of a property in the Church Road area of Lisburn was broken into sometime between 5pm on March 27 and 9am the following day, March 28.
A Castlegarden ride on lawn mower, Husqavarna bush cutter strimmer and a Honda marina power drive lawnmower were taken. Detective Constable Ruth Gallagher said: “We are asking anyone who noticed anything suspicious in and around the area to contact Police on the 101 number. Alternatively you can ring the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
