Large amount of jewellery stolen

HUNDREDS of pounds worth of jewellery has been stolen from residential premises in the Woodland Park area.

Thieves broke into the homes sometime between 9.00am and 5.15pm on Wednesday, April 4 and a quantity of jewellery was stolen including various pairs of cufflinks, one gold and emerald ring, a gold and opal pendant and matching earrings, a silver link pendant and t-bar with mother of pearl fob and matching bracelet with three charms, a thick silver chain and t-bar with three coloured fob - onyx, turquoise and dark green.

Also stolen were a Newbridge silver swirl pendant, a gold diamond ball pendant complete with chain, a Newbridge silver blue and white pendant, two gold open heart pendants.

There was also a gold open heart pendant with diamond and matching earrings, a silver Celtic cross, and a silver celtic ring with two green stones, a gold ring with three diamonds, a silver chain with silver ignot with Egyptian hieroglyphics

Police anyone who may be offered any of these items of jewellery or anyone who has information about this burglary to contact them at Lisburn on 0845 600 8000.
