Hillhall WI meal for birthday night
Members of Hillhall WI enjoyed a delicious meal at Corr’s Corner Restaurant at their Birthday outing.
President Mrs Anna Scott said that she was pleased to be back after a spell in hospital and welcomed all those present and congratulated Davina Gilbert and Margaret McCracken on their success in recent competitions.
Members then moved on to Sentry Hill, where they were taken on a most interesting tour around the former home of the McKinney family and now owned by Newtownabbey Borough Council.
Winners of the monthly competition for an attractive brooch were Anna Scott, Roberta Ferguson and Alice Simpson.
