Grants aimed at helping most needy

The Lloyds TSB Foundation NI provided grants totalling £31,490 that helped 13 groups in Lisburn, last year.

The trust has now moved its application process online to make the grant procedure for voluntary and community organisations even more accessible and to streamline the grant management process

Last year, the Foundation provided 565 grants across its seven grant programmes, to a value of £1,865,233.

“We have developed a new online application, which is much more accessible and environmentally friendly,” explained Sinéad Tierney, Assistant Director of the Lloyds TSB Foundation NI.

“The process is much easier and user friendly and allows participants to save and review their applications online. We only ask relevant questions and applicants are able to upload all supporting documents online removing the need for any posted documents,” she explained.

Closing date for Community Grants is July 5.
