Friends’ pupils enjoy Model United Nations in Edinburgh
A DELEGATION from Friends’ School Lisburn enjoyed a successful weekend at George Watson’s College Model United Nations in Edinburgh recently.
The delegation representing Bangladesh preformed exceptionally well over the course of the weekend, with seven pupils collecting awards at the closing ceremony of the conference.
These include best delegate awards for Stephanie McKeown, Emily Smith and Daniel Saunders which was particularly pleasing given it was their last conference before leaving school.
