Fit and Active comes to Crumlin
Are you an older adult living in the Crumlin area and enjoy keeping fit? Then the Fit and Active programme coming to Crumlin Community Centre in September could be for you.
Fit and Active is a physical activity programme for active older adults which has been taking place at Antrim Forum since 2007. Such was the success of the programme that it was rolled out to Randalstown last year.
