Firm’s £5m boost creates ten jobs

Lisburn-based audio-visual firm Clear AV Ltd has secured almost £5million in new contracts in the prime residential and hospitality industry markets in London, enabling the creation of 10 new jobs.

Clear AV specialises in the design and installation of the most sophisticated AV systems in the hotel and leisure, prime residential and commercial property sectors across the UK and further afield.

The company has reported an increase in turnover of over 100 per cent in the past year, and forecasts the same increase in business for 2016.

The firm has been instructed on around £3million of AV contracts in the central London prime residential market, including an exclusive contract worth £1.5million from the world’s most revered interior design house in residential properties ranging in value from £20 million to £90 million.

Alongside this, Clear AV has also been instructed on around £2million of hospitality industry AV projects in a number of hotels, restaurants and night clubs.

Most recently, the firm has completed two major contracts for the Hilton Hotel Group at the Hilton Bankside in London and the Hilton Bournemouth, installing innovative lighting control and AV systems in conference suites and meeting rooms.

According to Mr Dowds, much of Clear AV’s London work has also been awarded on the back of the firm’s reputation for reliability and high quality.
