Fireworks craze starts way too early

WHY is it that it is only the start of October and already we are hearing fireworks going off in our streets in the middle of the night?

Do people not realise that there is still a full month before Halloween.

Why do we all have to suffer and endure the loud noises of fireworks and for what?

For a few seconds of seeing a magical light lighting up the night sky.

One particular night two weeks ago I heard the first of the fireworks going off on a Saturday night and they went off for over half an hour? This set off next door’s dog who began barking for well over an hour. I did not know who I wanted to strangle the most... the dog, the dog owner or the person who stupidly let off the fireworks in the first place. Where do they get these fireworks from? I understand that people want to see and hear the magic of fireworks but lets try and do it a little closer to Halloween.
