Building upon the hugely popular ‘Bethlehem Experience’, which told the Christmas story, a number of churches in the Finaghy area have come together to present ‘The Easter Journey’, an interactive family event that explores the dramatic events around Easter.
Travel through 1st century Jerusalem in the company of a journalist as they piece together the Easter story.
Be there, at the heart of events, as they interview some of the key players, like Pontius Pilate, the Roman Governor who sentenced Jesus to death and the Roman Centurion who supervised Jesus’ execution.
Go with them as they meet some of Jesus’ disciples and get the story first hand.
All journeys last about 90 minutes and start at The Easter Journey Shop (formerly ‘Wee Cycle’) at Finaghy Crossroads.
The Easter Journey will be held on March 27 between 6.30pm and 8.30pm, on March 28 between 12.30 and 5.30pm and on March 29 from 1.50pm until 4.50pm. Book your slot online at www.the-easter-journey.com.
