Drumbeg WI enjoy kurling
At the first meeting of 2014, Drumbeg WI ladies were delighted to welcome Georgina Patterson,Carol Kerr and Eva McAdam as new members.
President Ann Simpson then acted as question master for the Institute quiz. Winners were Sheelagh McRandal, Margaret Jordan and Hazel Ervine who will compete at area level in March.
This was followed by a lively session of kurling which caused much laughter and competition between the teams of ladies.
The monthly competition was won by Rosemary Reid with Jane Steele and Barbara Huss taking second and third places. Ballot winner was Ruth Beattie.
