Discover your family history

Do you want to learn more about your family history? Then visit Lisburn City Library.

On Friday January 9, 2015 from 10.30am until 12.30pm, Lisburn City Library will be hosting a talk by the General Register Office of Northern Ireland (GRONI).

Emma Elliot from GRONI will discuss its history and how to use the new on-line service for locating family records.

The register is an excellent resource to help research family histories.

This talk is of particular interest to those members of the public who are currently researching or about to embark on research into their family history in Northern Ireland.

The event is free and everyone is welcome.
