Come and join Jog Lisburn’s couch to 5k in 10 weeks running programme which takes place from 7 September to 11 November.
C25K, is a fantastic programme that’s been designed to get just about anyone from the couch to running five kilometres or 30 minutes in just 10 weeks.
The secret of C25K is that it’s a gentle introduction to getting the body moving, running small distances, and slowly building up until after 10 weeks, you’re ready to run 5 km or 30 minutes non stop.
