Coffee morning to raise funds for animal sanctuary

The management of Mid-Antrim Animal Sanctuary has taken the decision to rebuild the Sanctuary to provide facilities for animals which are up to current welfare standards. However, this comes at a huge cost and currently £100,000 is required to complete the project.

Lisburn Animal Welfare Group is supporting the initiative by holding their annual coffee morning and sale, which will include plants, cakes, gifts, books and home and garden items.

Adults £2.50 (including refreshments) and children are free.

It is hoped that animal lovers from Lisburn will support the event an in so doing help the Sanctuary to care for the increasing number of abused and abandoned animals in our community.
