Clanmil search for new sites

The Association, which builds social housing developments throughout Northern Ireland, is currently working towards redeveloping the 24 acre Hilden Mill site.

However, Chief Executive Claire McCarty, has said the Association has also recently received over £100 million in funding to allow them to purchase new sites.

She said the Association were very committed to developing social housing in the Lisburn area and would be keen to hear from anyone who knows of any suitable development sites in Lisburn.
