A Lisburn Human Resource Professional was among 42 candidates from organisations throughout Northern Ireland recognised for completing Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development professional qualifications.

Zoe Monahan completed the Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management and was presented with her certificate at a glittering awards night organised by Bangor-based CIPD Centre, DMS Ireland. Lynn Carson, who established DMS in 1999 said: “It has been a pleasure to work with our candidates in the last 15 years and the success of the 82 individuals who have completed their CIPD qualification with DMS in the past year shows that we continue to add value to the HR&D Profession throughout industry in Northern Ireland.

“I am delighted to have presented Zoe with her certificate.” We continue to encourage reflective practice and in turn embedding continuous improvement for the organisation.”
