Lisadian House is set in its own private grounds adjacent to the Hillsborough Elim Church.

The Elim Pentecostal Church being concerned about the local people and the community in which we work and worship acquired Lisadian House in 1992 as an extended outreach to provide an efficient, non-acute care unit for all frail and elderly in the community.

It is their sincere objective to provide a happy, homely, non-clinical and non-institutional atmosphere, thus giving support, security and assistance to elderly people who for various reasons are no longer capable of coping either alone or with help in their own environment.

They endeavour to encourage patients to lead as normal a life as possible, maintaining personal dignity, independence and individuality thereby providing physical, emotional and spiritual help.
