It’s true we’re not short of talent in Northern Ireland. Over several years of gigging and recording Rams’ Pocket Radio (AKA Peter J McCauley) has been lucky enough to work with a diverse range of artists across our small country. Some are those who Rams’ has admired and taken advice from.

Others are emerging from a wealth of new musicians joining the circuit. It’s a natural progression, then, for Rams’ to want to curate a gathering of these acts to celebrate the release of Béton. Joining Rams onstage for the album launch will be musicians including: Nathan Connolly (Snow Patrol), ASIWYFA, David C. Clements, Soak, Owen Strathern (General Fiasco), Katharine Phillipa & Gareth Dunlop.

Such a diverse bill reflects the range of sources Rams’ Pocket Radio is inspired by - and will be sure to lead to some unexpected re-workings of familiar and brand new songs on the night.

The show kicks off at 9pm and tickets, priced £6, are on sale now from all usual outlets.
