Zone Championship finals to be played

THE finals of the Lisburn Zone Championships will be played at Priesthill Methodist Church Hall on Tuesday night starting with the rinks final at 6.45 p.m.

The final part to decide the line-up for the rinks deciders was played at Annahilt Parish on Friday night with Muriel McCandless, Karen Ellison, Jim Johnston and John Mackey, Soldierstown beating Annie O’Brien, Sinead McKeag, Brian McCann and Gabriel Brankin, St Clare’s, in the decider.

The other half had been played earlier with Amanda Carser, Geraldine Tallon, Nathan and Nick Haire winning against Beth Wilson, Chloe Wilson, Houston and Cecil Dillon.

The remainder of the finals night line-up:

8.00 p.m.: triples and singles; 9.00 p.m. open pairs and mixed pairs.

Those playing in the finals are reminded of the dress code - greys and whites
