Loughaghery clash with Killaney in Cup

ONE of the most interesting ties in the quarter finals of the Lisburn Zone Charity Cup is the meeting of Loughaghery and Killaney.

The non-League club entertain Killaney, who play in Section A of the Lisburn League, and it should be a closely fought contest.

The competition is sponsored by Denis Wilson Tools, Glenavy and Easi-Park, Belfast International Airport. The nominated charities are the Corrymeela Community and Parkinson’s UK, Lisburn Branch.

Cup quarter finals: Loughaghery v Killaney, Hilden v Hillsborough Social, Ballinderry v Derriaghy, Pond Park v Lambeg Parish.

Rosebowl, quarter finals: Rock v Sloan Street, St Mark’s v Soldierstown, Eglantine v St Columba’s, Anahilt Presbyterian v Aghagallon.

Ties to be played on week commencing Monday, February 18.
