Hillsborough Presbyterian shock win

HILLSBOROUGH Presbyterian scored a shock win in the Lisburn Zone Charity Cup when they beat St Colman’s Lambeg by ten shots in Group 3, but unfortunately there are no other results returned in this section.

GROUP 1: Loughaghery Presbyterian have recorded two wins and look favourites to reach the Cup knock-out stages. Rock have had a one shot win over St Paul’s and a draw with St Clare’s A.

GROUP 2: Killaney beat Sloan Street.

GROUP 4: Hillsborough Social and Soldierstown have both beaten Annahilt Parish and will meet to decide who plays in the Cup and who goes into the Rosebowl.

GROUP 5: Ballinderry and Eglantine have both beaten Priesthill Methodist and their meeting will decide who goes in the Cup and the Rosebowl.

GROUP 6: The only match reported to date is a win for Derriaghy over St Columba’s.

GROUP 7: Pond Park beat Anahilt Presbyterian and that is the only score reported.

GROUP 8: No action in this one to date.
