ANVIL produced an awesome display in the Lisnagarvey Darts League this week as the eased to victory with a 9-1 win over hosts Beattie.
Hitting the target to secure the spoils in style for Anvil were F. Jamison (2x100), M. Thompson, M. Wood (100), S. Martin (140), D. Taylor, D. Dawson, A. McAleenon, D. Jess and R. Benson.
Beattie’s lone winner was S. Gillespie.
BENMORE 5 HIGHWAYMEN 5
HONOURS were even when Benmore played host to Highwaymen, as the sides shared a five-all draw.
Winning for Benmore were R. McClean (100, 140), A. Adams, R. Hamilton, G. Walker (23 darts, 125) and C. Kane (2x100).
Earning a share of the spoils for Highwaymen were W. Mullan (22 darts, 2x100), J. Bishorek (2x100), E. Mullan (2x100), C. Willis (2x100) and I. Keery (100).
FIRST BLUES 3 BLEACHERS 7
BLEACHERS were in seventh Heaven as they captured a superb 7-3 when they paid a visit to First Blues in the league this week.
Taking the spoils for Bleachers were S. Rice, S. Gillespie (125), J. Clarke (3x100), C. Nixon (109, 100), B. Gorman (100), I. McAlister and A. Heasley.
On target for First Blues were D. Toole, J. Coey (100, 125) and B. Mawhinney (23 darts, 83 outshot).
WHITES 4 HILLSBOROUGH A 6
THERE was a fine away victory for Hillsborough A in the league this week when they secured a 6-4 victory on their visit to Whites.
Earning the spoils for Hillsborough A were R. Morgan (123, 180), N. Bryans, D. Gibson, C. McClements (100), C. Smith (100) and L. Hilland.
Winning for Whites were I. Crothers (100), S. Moulds, A. Anderson (2x100, 121) and C. Brown.
SANDYMOUNT 1 DUNMURRY C/C 9
DUNMURRY C/C proved to be too strong for their hosts Sandymount when they met in the league this week, as Dunmurry eased to a superb 9-1 victory.
Visiting winners were B. Jackson (19 darts, 2x100, 123), D. Scott, C. Waterworth (24 darts, 100), N. Blair (100), G. Lyttle (123), D. Johnson (102), G. Cromie (100), K. Watson (100, 140) and G. Donaldson.
Sandymount’s lone winner was I. Mitchell (100).
BALLYMAC 1 DERRIAGHY C/C 9
VISITORS Derriaghy C/C secured a fantastic 9-1 away win when they met in the league this week.
Taking the spoils for Derriaghy C/C were J. Millen, W. CHerry, D. Lowery (2x100), R. Clements (100), R. Millen, S. Toole, J. Millen, A. Terrington (19 darts, 100, 125, 140) and J. Millen Jnr (100).
