Salisbury 67.5 (2.5) Hilden 87 (4.5)

Hilden had a good result away to Salisbury on Tuesday night in Private Greens Division 2 when they won by 19.5 shots and lifted 4.5 points.

The rink mainly behind the win was skipped by Keith Morrison and with a difficult task against a three man rink they won by 22.5 shots. It was the win which was always going to carry Hilden through.

But it may well have been more points for the local as Colin Montgomery tied his game.

Jonathan McMullan was only two shots down and Raymond Gourley got even closer, losing by a single shot.

J. McMullan 16-18, R. Gourley 17-18, C. Montgomery 24-24, K. Morrison 30-7.5.
