Jenny excels in 10k as local runner is second overall

Members of Jog Lisburn Running Club (JLRC) were out in force last Saturday with nine runners competing in the Born to Run Castleward 10k Trail Race. The development and progression of runners within the club has been great to see over the last two and half years in distances from 5k right through to the marathon. All runners did the club proud and there were some fabulous times, however, highlight of the day was the outstanding performance of Jenny Teeney who came 2nd overall in the Ladies Race. Well done to Jenny on this fabulous achievement and to all members of Jog Lisburn Running Club who competed on what was a very demanding course.
