Conal wins Juvenile Captain’s Day as Conor tops the Order of Merit

The Dunmurry Golf Club Juvenile season reached a climax on Monday, with boys and girls competing for the Juvenile Captain’s Prize.

In perfect conditions, winner Conal Bohill shot 41 points, narrowly beating Matthew Stewart and Zak Earley into second and third.

Juvenile Captain, Duncan Fleming, shot 73 to record the best gross score of the day.

Consistently good scoring ensured that Conor Joynson and Chris Black were Under 15 and Over 15 players of the year.

Conor Appleyard won most improved player for the season.

He also topped the Competition Order of Merit, receiving his trophy from sponsor Mr Malcolm Morgan.
