Lisburn ladies set to attract younger members to club

A special welcome was made to the Professional at Lisburn Golf Club, Mr Steven Hamill, who later gave a presentation on the basic fundamentals of the game of golf.

The Honorary Secretary Mrs Lynne Brown stated that the lady membership at the club was in the decline and that the committee were keen to address this problem.

It is hoped that the lady members of the club would make themselves available to help with this scheme and many of the ladies present showed an interest in helping.

Details of the launch will appear shortly and will target attracting younger females and working ladies.
