Hillsborough pair get sponsor boost

At the March meeting of the NAMC&CC Off Road Section, the draw was made and Tony and Ian profited in timely fashion.

The pair, who made history last year by becoming the oldest crew to score points in the MAXXIS British Sidecarcross Championship, were particularly delighted to receive the sponsorhip cheque for £150 as they had just blown up their engine in practice.

With the club’s membership of the Off Road Section now nearing 100 members in 2014, most of them active competitors, they must be doing something right after only two full years in existence.

Ian and Tony’s next home race for the club is on Saturday 26 April at Tandragee Motocross Park.
