Lisburn weren’t finished there as Ross Hull played a fantastic ball for Caoelain Young to run onto and cross for the Conall Smyth to head into the net. Ross Hull was in again when he ran onto Smyth’s flick and finished clinically.

Lisburn then broke from their own half and Young was set free, his deep cross was met by Lorcan McIlroy’s head at the back post. Centre back Thomas McComb finished the first half with another top class goal when he charged forward and finished brilliantly across the keeper. In the middle of this goal fest, Mallusk did manage to pull one back.

The second half started with more of the same. A brilliant move saw Paul Hughes roll the ball into Ross Hull to float a delicious chip over the Mallusk keeper. It was Hull’s 5th goal of the day. Cory Mann then scored his first goal for the club from the penalty spot. Conall Smyth showed all his skill before producing a finish that matched the quality of the run. Ub Ottong was causing Mallusk a lot of problems and it was his good work that led to a Mallusk defender heading into his own net.

Mallusk, however, showed great determination to get themselves back into the game and then scored another from a free kick.

Lisburn finished off the scoring when Ross Hull sent a devastating ball across goal for Lorcan McIlroy to tap in. Next are Newry City next Saturday.
