Under 8’s - The new Under 8’s played Albion Star, with goals by Josh Ledlíe, Josh Corry, Zach Balmer, Jude Donaghy, Kevin Flynn and Bradley Quinn and great goal keeping by Nathan Graham and Thomas Brown. It was an exciting game for all to see and a very good team effort on their debut match.

Under 9’s - The Under 9’s played against St Mary’s, with goals from the prolific Ryan Cressey and Josh Mclvor, who scored on his debut with the team. It was a well played match with Charlie Fenton doing a great job in nets.

Under 10’s - The Under 10’s took on Carrick Rangers with a great performance by the whole team. Jake Hull was unlucky when his shot hit the post.

Well done to all coaches for their hard work and to the Parents for their great support.

Derriaghy CC FC

Derriaghy CC FC took on Bloomfield in the Border Cup last weekend.

The match finished 2-2, after 90 minutes and extra time. Goals came from Jordan Baker and Craig McCarthy.

Derriaghy progressed to the next round of the Cup with a win in the penalty shoot out.

Derriaghy will play Glentoran Seconds in the Steel & Sons Cup at the Oval on Saturday, kick off at 2.30pm.
