McFall '˜realistic' about Ports' top-six chances
Saturday’s derby defeat by 4-1 away to Glenavon has left the Ports nine points off sixth-placed Glentoran and with an extra game played on the Danske Bank Premiership calendar.
A play-off process has been introduced by Northern Ireland Football League officials to kick in at the end of the 38-match schedule in which sides placed third to seventh will compete for Europa League qualification.

“That view will not change, even if it could benefit Portadown.
“After the Glenavon result we need to get back on track now against Carrick.”
Kick-off tomorrow (Saturday) at Shamrock Park will be 3 o’clock against Carrick Rangers.
