Local clubs are seeking players for new season

The club has made a very positive move to ensure all age groups will be offered a minimum of two training sessions a week.

With the launch of the club’s new Sunday Academy (due to start in September) some players will have the opportunity to train 3-4 times a week.

This opportunity will initially be for those players born between 2008-2002 and will include specific GK training.

The Sunday Academy will offer quality coaching from 2 A Licence Coaches along with other top coaches.

The 2005 age group has an open day organised for tomorrow (Saturday) at the club’s indoor 3G facility at 162 Moira Road, Lisburn. All new players welcome to come along.

Meanwhile, Moira FC are holding a Football Fun Day tomorrow (Saturday) at St John’s Parish Centre from 10.30am - 12.30pm, for all local children aged 6-14.

This is an opportunity for anyone interested in joining the club to experience the unique friendly atmosphere within the club in a two-hour, fun-filled environment.

Moira FC has playing opportunities for players born from 2001 to 2008.
