Bradley steps up and impresses

Recent form had been really good for Lisburn Distillery U10s so the disappointing performance put in on Saturday against St Oliver Plunkett YC came totally out of the blue.

The Wee Whites were comprehensively outplayed by their opponents, who put in an outstanding display on the day.

The boys never laid a glove on the West Belfast lads and were content to stand by and watch Plunkett play. Only a couple of the Whites’ players came anywhere near putting in their best display or showed the fight necessary to knuckle down when things aren’t going their way.

A mention must go to Bradley White, who stepped up from the U10 Whites and, in difficult circumstances, showed grit and determination throughout.
