The lead was doubled soon after when Gary Browne was in the perfect place to snap up another half chance and it was to prove the decisive strike at the end of the 90 minutes.

Larne's Mark Miskimmon pulled a goal back for the home team on 19 minutes and it was at times and end to end game in the rest of the first half.

Any hopes of a Larne comeback were dashed when they had two men sent off Damien McLaughlin was first to goal on 76 minutes, then Ross Black received a second yellow card in the final minute.
